comment on [Pricing] AU pharmacy pricing, six months, three states in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 3 days ago
Subsidy criteria and authority requirements are published. For eligibility questions those documents are authoritative and this board is not.
comment on £18 USB logger settled a three-week argument in thirty seconds in c/coldchain · 20 points · 7 days ago
transit temperature is a distribution, not a number
comment on [Discussion] the weight conversation drowns out the glycaemic one in c/t2dglp1 · 1 points · 10 days ago
glycaemic control and weight are two different endpoints
comment on why does nobody talk about stability in c/coldchain · 8 points · 1 months ago
Correction: that stability figure covers the lyophilised powder, not the reconstituted solution. Different claim entirely.
comment on [Rules] no referral links. not once. not ever. permanent. in c/meta · 19 points · 1 months ago
Had a post removed, went to modmail, got a specific explanation and disagreed with it politely. It stayed removed and I understood why.
comment on [Discussion] cold chain is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/coldchain · 78 points · 1 months ago
Agreed. The dry powder is the robust state; it is the solution that needs the care.
comment on does PCOS actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1women · 1 points · 1 months ago
Questions about oral contraceptive absorption and gastric emptying are legitimate pharmacology questions with product-specific answers. A pharmacist can answer them properly; a board cannot.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify ice pack in c/coldchain · 3 points · 1 months ago
That is the ambient temperature at the destination, not the temperature inside the box. The logger measures the second one.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring moderation at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/meta · 55 points · 2 months ago
That is the controversial ordering, not the hot one. Different formula, different behaviour.
comment on small win: dose history stopped being a problem at week 86 in c/dosinglogs · 32 points · 2 months ago
Agreed. One line a week that actually gets written beats an elaborate template abandoned in month two.
comment on the excursion thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/coldchain · 4 points · 2 months ago
if you want to know, log it, otherwise you are guessing
comment on help me understand PBS, I have read the wiki twice in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 3 months ago
Rang three pharmacies for a private price and got three different numbers, all in the same city.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about data logger until somebody posts a number in c/coldchain · 90 points · 3 months ago
light matters more than people think for some of these
comment on genuine question about stability that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/coldchain · 8 points · 3 months ago
How many days in transit, and which month?
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify Australia in c/glp1aus · 8 points · 4 months ago
Read the published criteria for my indication rather than asking. Twenty minutes, and it answered everything I had been guessing at.
comment on [Discussion] the wiki advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/meta · 20 points · 4 months ago
The ranking functions are published: the hot ordering combines score magnitude with age, and the controversial ordering weights total volume by the balance between up and down votes. Both are reproducible from the numbers on each submission.
comment on someone explain shortage to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/glp1aus · 12 points · 4 months ago
Kept the script and the receipt for a private health claim and both were requested.
comment on [Meta] the log rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/dosinglogs · 5 points · 4 months ago
a missed week is data, write it down
comment on three years of T2D threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/t2dglp1 · 2 points · 4 months ago
the fasting number is the one people fixate on and it moves last
comment on tried insulin resistance for 13 weeks. here is what happened. in c/glp1women · 3 points · 5 months ago
Perimenopause and all of this at once, and there is essentially nothing written about the combination anywhere.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify glycaemic control in c/t2dglp1 · 75 points · 5 months ago
A1c, CGM, or fingersticks — which are we discussing?
comment on reading excursion threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/coldchain · 9 points · 5 months ago
What was the packaging — rigid outer, gel packs, anything insulating?
comment on small win: PCOS stopped being a problem at week 61 in c/glp1women · 230 points · 6 months ago
Questions about oral contraceptive absorption and gastric emptying are legitimate pharmacology questions with product-specific answers. A pharmacist can answer them properly; a board cannot.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about ranking is guesswork in c/meta · 12 points · 6 months ago
this place sells nothing and takes nothing from any supplier
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about ranking is guesswork in c/meta · 19 points · 6 months ago
Yes — a proposal with concrete wording gets discussed. A complaint about the rules in general does not.
comment on [Results] 38 weeks, 14kg, and T2D was the hard part in c/t2dglp1 · 9 points · 6 months ago
Postprandial excursions flattened out first and the fasting number took months to follow. Nobody had told me to expect that order.
comment on weight — 23 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/dosinglogs · 7 points · 6 months ago
Cosigning on missed weeks. Leaving them blank makes the whole series misleading.
comment on [Question] France — has anyone got a straight answer on packaging in c/coldchain · 1 points · 7 months ago
Same. Door shelf is the worst place in the fridge and it is where everybody puts them.
comment on [Results] 83 weeks, 13kg, and CGM was the hard part in c/t2dglp1 · 82 points · 7 months ago
Agreed on variability. Two people with the same average can have completely different days.
comment on the Australia thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1aus · 28 points · 7 months ago
Have you checked the shortage database directly?
comment on someone explain New Zealand to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/glp1aus · 16 points · 8 months ago
Disagree — that is registration status, and the question was about subsidy. Different decisions, different bodies.
comment on [Discussion] the packaging advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/coldchain · 8 points · 9 months ago
Not convinced. A warm pack on day six is expected behaviour from a pack designed for four.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about contraception in c/glp1women · 2 points · 10 months ago
That trial did not enrol the population you are asking about, so it cannot answer this.
comment on reading fertility threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1women · 15 points · 10 months ago
ask a clinician about anything involving pregnancy, without exception
comment on the meta thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/meta · 16 points · 11 months ago
Right, and the storefront links on source pages are marked and disclosed, which is the honest way to do it.
comment on [Question] cycle — what am I missing here in c/glp1women · 1 points · 1 year ago
Is this a PCOS diagnosis or an insulin resistance finding?
comment on [Discussion] the glycaemic control advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/t2dglp1 · 1 points · 1 year ago
I would not compare your numbers to that population. Different baseline, different regimen, different trial.
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.4mg and food noise got better, not worse in c/dosinglogs · 3 points · 1 year ago
Careful — posting a log as a schedule for other people to follow is not what this board is for.
