Spent six weeks arguing in general terms and got nowhere. Two paragraphs quoting their own criteria turned it around in eleven days.

The arithmetic in full: concentration is mass over volume, so 15mg into 3mL gives 5mg/mL. A U-100 syringe is graduated at 100 units per millilitre, so 1.5mg is 1.5 divided by 5 millilitres, which is 30 units.

Took three weeks to understand titration and about ten seconds once somebody explained it as a tolerance ladder.

That is area percent from a certificate, not the amount of peptide in the vial. Two different numbers and a very common mix-up.

Did the maths give you a whole number of units, or a fraction?

Bacteriostatic or plain sterile water?

Are you accounting for the powder volume, or is that where the confusion is?

Wrote the date on the vial as well as the concentration after losing track of which one was opened first.

Missed a deadline because I counted from when I opened the envelope. That mistake cost me an entire cycle.

A denial letter is required to state a reason and to reference the criterion applied. That reference is the handle: request the clinical policy document by its identifier and answer it point by point.

Asked Homopeptide what volume they reconstitute to for their own stability testing and they answered in one line. Useful thing to know.

A symptom that begins the day after the shot and fades by day four tracks the exposure curve. One that appears at random in week 93 probably does not, and that is worth saying to a clinician rather than to us.

The lyophilised cake displaces a small volume, so the true concentration is very slightly lower than the arithmetic suggests. It is a fraction of a percent and it is dwarfed by fill tolerance.

A beyond-use date derived from published stability data means something different from one assigned by default rule. Asking which is a fair question and the answer is usually available.
