comment on [Pricing] ON vs AB vs BC, same product, same month in c/glp1canada · 2 points · 3 days ago

Confused a rejected claim with a denied authorization for a month and pursued entirely the wrong process.

Yes — gas is the network’s, not the supplier’s, and conflating them produces a lot of unfair complaints.

DEXA has a meaningful coefficient of variation, and it differs between machines and protocols. Comparing scans from different clinics adds a systematic offset that is invisible on the report.

comment on why does everyone say week 4 is the wall in c/semaglutide · 36 points · 11 days ago

Delayed gastric emptying is most pronounced early and attenuates with continued dosing, which is why the early fullness usually fades at a stable dose.

I would not read a single slow shipment as a lane change. Post it and let the median move if it is real.

Lead time and minimum quantity are the two facts people forget to ask for and then argue about later. Both are answerable in one email before you commit.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify confirmations in c/cryptopay · 14 points · 23 days ago

This. A test transaction on a large order costs a fraction of the fee and removes the whole class of risk.

comment on [Discussion] we talk about dose like it is a score and it is not in c/semaglutide · 6 points · 24 days ago

The appetite thing was the surprise. I expected to feel full. What I got was simply not thinking about food between meals.

permalink

comment on shipping is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/intlshipping · 26 points · 1 months ago

Four observations is not a distribution. The lane tables here only became predictive once individual routes had a dozen or more reports behind them.

comment on [Results] 78 weeks on 7.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1muscle · 76 points · 1 months ago

Right — strength retention is a free proxy and it tracks better than most people expect.

comment on [Discussion] the formulary advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/glp1canada · 3 points · 1 months ago

Moved provinces and the coverage position changed completely.

Adding the fastest step — ask the pharmacist. They can usually check in minutes.

comment on i keep a spreadsheet of every vendor claim and whether it survived contact with a lab in c/vendorvetting · 21 points · 1 months ago

Inter-lab variance on this assay runs a point or two either way. Two services disagreeing by that much is agreement, not a discrepancy, and treating it otherwise starts pointless arguments.

comment on [Needs Source] "lab tested" with no lab named is not a claim in c/vendorvetting · 18 points · 1 months ago

Small fix — the figure you quoted is the claimed purity from the certificate, and the independent result was the higher of the two.

Started buying small deliberately, tested every lot for the first four, then stopped testing every lot because there was nothing to find.

Cosigning on quantity limits. They stop as many people as outright denials do and get discussed far less.

Cosigning that protein gets harder precisely when appetite drops. That is the actual difficulty and it is logistical.

Split one order across two months on purpose to compare summer and winter. Four days apart, same carrier, same route.

Total transit decomposes into first mile, international leg, clearance and last mile. Only the first two are meaningfully under the shipper’s control and most reported variance sits in the last two.

Agreed, and the bit people skip is that the ladder is a tolerance ladder.

Disagree with this specific line. A pause at 1.0mg is not evidence that 1.0mg has stopped working.
