This. A liquid gel pack on arrival tells you about the pack’s duty cycle, not about the vial.

Is this about registration or about subsidy?

the energy-expenditure story is mechanistically interesting and clinically unproven

That reads as a warning about a documented supplier and the events you describe are about a shop nobody has any record of.

Adding the thing that would have caught it earliest — buy small and test before committing.

Correcting myself upthread: I gave the completer figure and labelled it intention-to-treat.

trial populations get support that nobody on this board gets

Spent an evening with the appendix tables and found the subgroup detail that the entire thread had been speculating about.

Cosigning. The appetite change and the scale change ran about three weeks apart for me too.

How long was the stall before you decided it was a stall?

comment on reading lost money threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/darkspot · 14 points · 3 months ago

the regret is usually about pace, not about the decision

permalink

comment on [Question] endpoint — what am I missing here in c/trialwatch · 49 points · 3 months ago

Yes. The appendix tables are where the subgroup and the adverse event detail actually live.

The thing that surprised me was how much of the discussion here is inference rather than measurement.

Australia or New Zealand?

permalink

comment on the lyophilised question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/coldchain · 1 points · 6 months ago

Once in solution, the relevant risks are hydrolysis, aggregation and, for some sequences, oxidation.

Disagreeing with this line only: freezing a reconstituted vial is not a safe default.

comment on the Australia thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1aus · 4 points · 7 months ago

This. New Zealand has its own regulator and its own funding decisions and the answers genuinely differ.

Went up slowly, deliberately, because everything on this board says the escalation is where trouble lives. Uneventful so far and I am not going to pretend that is a finding.

Sat at 1.7mg for four months because it was doing the job. Everyone told me to go up. The one time I did, the only thing that changed was the injection-site soreness.

Weight change and appetite change are different endpoints on different timescales.

marta_trevino is describing the standard shape here and it matches the trial data better than most anecdotes do.

Minor fix — the half-life is about a week, not about a day. The rest of your point stands.

dose day drift of a day either way is fine, the curve barely notices

Ignored something for four days that I should have asked about on day one. That is the only genuine regret in my whole run.

Agreed — the database rather than the coverage, every time.

Does fatigue track the day after the shot, or is it there all week?
