my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether sulphur burps are why. Change my mind, genuinely — I have no stake in being right about this. Keeping a log, and what to put in it. One line a day: dose, day since injection, what the symptom was and how bad out of five, and roughly what you ate. Two months of that fits on…
muscle cramps on day two and gone by day four is the standard shape
Same pattern here. It settled at a stable dose without me doing anything clever.
sulphur burps are unpleasant and they are not dangerous
Same pattern here.
step_therapy_s is right about the timing. The day-of-week pattern is the diagnostic bit, not the severity.
Disagree. Severe abdominal pain is not on the list of things to wait out, and this board should not be treating it as one.
Are you eating in the couple of hours before you sleep?
smaller meals, earlier, is the boring advice that works
Severe or persistent abdominal pain sits outside the pattern this board can usefully discuss. The honest answer there is that it needs someone who can examine you.
Correction: that is a known effect of reduced intake rather than a direct drug effect. The distinction matters because the fix is different.
Yes. Holding the dose is a real option and it does not mean you have failed at anything.
Yes.
Agreed, with the caveat that "usually settles" is not "always settles" and the exceptions should still get asked about properly.
What is intake actually looking like — fibre and water especially?
