Push back: "gentler than sema" is a population statement. Plenty of people on this board have the opposite experience and they are not doing it wrong.

That symptom is not the one being described upthread. Two different things with similar names and the answers are not interchangeable.

The interventions that changed anything for me were all behavioural and free: smaller meals, eating slower, stopping food a few hours before sleep, more fibre and considerably more water. The things I bought did nothing I could detect, and I was motivated to detect something.

The other lever, which people forget, is time at dose. Holding rather than stepping is a legitimate plan and it fixed my tolerance where nothing else did.

elin_ferrari is right that the two molecules are not interchangeable. There is no published conversion and the ones circulating are invented.

Date of analysis anchors the result to a manufacturing period. A two-year-old result is evidence about two years ago and should be read that way.

The effect on gastric emptying is most pronounced early and attenuates with continued dosing, which is the mechanism behind the "it settles at a stable dose" pattern the whole board reports.

That reading assumes area percent and net peptide content are the same number. They are not, and the report says which it is.

Most of the common complaints trace back to slowed gastric emptying — early fullness, reflux, nausea after a large or fatty meal. That is also why meal size and speed change the experience more than anything else.

The 21% figure is a 72-week mean on the highest arm. Quoting it as what someone should expect by week 30 is not a fair reading.
