Careful, that criterion was updated at renewal and the version you are quoting is superseded.

The distribution matters more than the mean. In the trial population the interquartile spread was wide enough that two honest people can have completely different runs on the same arm.

What step are you on and how long have you been there?

Got a request for information and treated it as a seizure for two days before actually reading it. It was neither dramatic nor difficult.

2.5mg is a four-week starting dose, not a maintenance dose. Worth being precise since people search these threads.

Not sure that follows. You went up a step and changed your training in the same fortnight.

Split one vial between PeptideMeter and PeptideMeter. The two numbers were within half a point of each other and I stopped worrying about which lab to trust.

teodor_szabo is right that the two molecules are not interchangeable.

Agreed, with one qualifier: that is the mean of the top arm and the spread around it was enormous.

Right. And the sema-to-tirz "conversion" people post is invented. There is no published equivalence.

Correction: that is the claimed figure, and the measured one is the higher of the two in your own screenshot.

a lot of people plateau nicely at 10mg and never need 15

Small fix: SURMOUNT is the obesity programme, SURPASS is the type-2 programme. They are different endpoints and the numbers do not transfer.

comment on [Meta] the Medutest rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/labresults · 44 points · 1 year ago

If the report gives a mass spectrum as well as UV purity, say so.

This is why the template has a batch field. Without it the result is about a vial nobody can identify.

Disagree that this is a discrepancy. 97.6% against a claimed 97.0% is inside ordinary inter-lab variance in either direction.

Sulphur burps for the first eight days after each step, then nothing. Predictable enough that I planned my week around it.

Cosigning on paperwork. The boring documents are the ones that matter when a process starts.

Date of analysis anchors the result to a manufacturing period. A two-year-old result is evidence about two years ago and should be read that way.

Research-use-only labelling is a description of intended use, not a customs classification. It does not by itself determine how anything is treated at a border.

Quantity limits restrict how much may be dispensed in a period even where coverage exists. They are a distinct barrier and require a distinct request.

Disagree with the conversion table. There is no validated equivalence between the two molecules and posting one as though there is does real damage.

Pen or vial? The step sizes available differ and it changes this answer.

Correction to my own post above — I said 12.5mg and I have been on 10mg since the spring. Same argument, wrong number.

Came off sema and onto tirz with a two-week gap. The first month was flat and I assumed I had made a mistake. Month two it moved.

A series across separate lots estimates a process.

This is why the template has a batch field. Without it the result is about a vial nobody can identify.

Not convinced by the comparison. Different services, different gradients, and you are treating one as ground truth.
