Push back: your plan is an employer plan, which changes both the appeal path and who the regulator is.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring amylin at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 10 months ago
Sent a vial to VendorInvestigate because there was almost nothing on file for this compound. 97.6% against a claimed 97.0%, and I posted it because the log needs entries.

Nothing containing this compound is approved as a standalone product, and research-use-only material is not approved for human use.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify data logger in c/coldchain · 30 points · 10 months ago
Is this a line they hold in regional stock or is it shipping from origin?
comment on [Results] 14 weeks on 5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1muscle · 21 points · 10 months ago
How many weeks between the two scans?
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about customs is guesswork in c/customs · 156 points · 10 months ago
Have you asked the supplier what they declare?
Adding the standing caveat — nothing here is legal advice and this one genuinely warrants somebody qualified.
comment on help me understand reship, I have read the wiki twice in c/vendorvetting · 147 points · 10 months ago
Disagree that reviews are worthless. They are worthless when they say "fast shipping A+++". A dated one naming a compound and a document is evidence.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for dose stretching posts in c/maintenancephase · 6 points · 10 months ago
Cosigning on planning it in advance. Deciding what maintenance looks like while still losing is much easier than deciding it in a panic.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about long term until somebody posts a number in c/maintenancephase · 1 points · 11 months ago
I would not treat a two-kilo range as drift requiring action. That is ordinary weight variation.
comment on special authorization is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/glp1canada · 0 points · 11 months ago
Correction: that is regulatory approval, not coverage. They are separate decisions by separate bodies.
comment on [Question] cloned site — what am I missing here in c/scamalerts · 3 points · 11 months ago
This. Anything urging you to decide today is doing so for its own reasons.
comment on [PSA] lean mass is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1muscle · 260 points · 11 months ago
Strength retention is an imperfect but free longitudinal proxy: it is affected by neural factors and by being in a deficit, so it tracks tissue change loosely rather than exactly.
comment on week 18 check-in — 5kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/progresspics · 1 points · 11 months ago
How long was the stall before it moved?
comment on [PSA] special authorization is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1canada · 1 points · 11 months ago
the exception drug status route exists in several provinces
comment on Spain: data logger, and what it actually costs here in c/coldchain · 273 points · 11 months ago
Lyophilisation removes the water that drives most degradation pathways. That is why the dry cake is comparatively robust and the reconstituted solution is not.
comment on is it normal to get early fullness at week 90 in c/maintenancephase · 38 points · 12 months ago
I would not treat a two-kilo range as drift requiring action. That is ordinary weight variation.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify order records in c/vendorvetting · 172 points · 1 year ago
Xi'an Health Biochem shows up in threads constantly and has almost nothing on file
comment on [Question] copay — what am I missing here in c/insurancefights · 4 points · 1 year ago
external review exists and almost nobody uses it
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about Janoshik is guesswork in c/vendorvetting · 17 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced by the ranking-by-vibe approach here. The community number is derived from reports; your feeling is derived from four posts you remember.
comment on [Question] long term — what am I missing here in c/maintenancephase · 0 points · 1 year ago
Chased the last three kilos with a dose increase and got a fortnight of food noise and no change in the number.
comment on does private plan actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1canada · 84 points · 1 year ago
Was this a denied authorization or a rejected claim?
comment on [Results] 2 weeks on 7.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/cagrilintide · 9 points · 1 year ago
Push back: the evidence base here is thin enough that a confident ranking against the established compounds is not supportable.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring data logger at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/coldchain · 19 points · 1 year ago
Wrote the reconstitution date on the vial for the first time last year. Have never once since wondered how old a solution is.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about PeptideMeter is guesswork in c/vendorvetting · 784 points · 1 year ago

comment on [Results] 64 weeks, 11kg, and lowest effective dose was the hard part in c/maintenancephase · 196 points · 1 year ago
Body weight varies by a couple of kilos over days in stable people through fluid, glycogen and gut content. A range is not a trend.
comment on [Question] DEXA — what am I missing here in c/glp1muscle · 161 points · 1 year ago
Hydration status and fasting state affect the lean mass estimate. Standardising both is the difference between a comparison and a coin toss.
comment on does fake COA actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/scamalerts · 1 points · 1 year ago
ask for a batch-specific document before you send anything
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about goal weight is guesswork in c/maintenancephase · 7 points · 1 year ago
That is a range, not a trend. Two weigh-ins 3 days apart cannot distinguish them.
comment on [Discussion] progress is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/progresspics · 15 points · 1 year ago
This. Waist measurement kept moving through my longest stall and it was the only thing that kept me sane.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for failure posts in c/darkspot · 20 points · 1 year ago
Push back: you did not lose that money by being stupid. You lost it to a shop with nothing verifiable on file, which is a different thing.
comment on [Discussion] special authorization is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/glp1canada · 9 points · 1 year ago
compare cash prices before assuming coverage is the only path
comment on [Question] data logger — what am I missing here in c/coldchain · 482 points · 1 year ago
A transit temperature logger records a distribution, and time above a threshold matters as much as peak temperature. That is the argument for logging rather than guessing.
comment on personal import — 11 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/customs · 3 points · 1 year ago
I would not read a single clearance experience as a rule.
jonas_cardoso is right that regional stock is the structural answer rather than a trick.
comment on personal import — 11 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/customs · 191 points · 1 year ago
do not post your own address details when asking
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify special authorization in c/glp1canada · 1 points · 1 year ago
Yes. Cash prices vary and comparing them before assuming coverage is the only route is worth doing.
comment on [Lab] 20th independent test on QYB — 97.9% on a claimed 97.0%, and the trend is the interesting part in c/vendorvetting · 0 points · 1 year ago
Minimum order and lead time — did they quote both up front?
comment on [Lab] 20th independent test on QYB — 97.9% on a claimed 97.0%, and the trend is the interesting part in c/vendorvetting · 73 points · 1 year ago
a claim with no batch number is a marketing document
comment on [Lab] 20th independent test on QYB — 97.9% on a claimed 97.0%, and the trend is the interesting part in c/vendorvetting · 73 points · 1 year ago
That is a report count, not a test count. The table lists both and they are very different numbers.
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether regret is why in c/darkspot · 1 points · 1 year ago
Gently disagree with the self-blame. What you describe is a procedural gap, and the procedure was not written down anywhere for you to follow.
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether regret is why in c/darkspot · 1 points · 1 year ago
a mistake described in detail is worth more than a success described vaguely
