discontinuation — my 15-week log, condensed into one table
discontinuation — my 15-week log, condensed into one table. It is the sort of thing everyone half-believes and nobody writes down.
Stopped for cost reasons. Appetite came back at about week 11, well before the scale moved, exactly as this board said it would.
Wrote down where I was before changing anything. That single page made the following six months interpretable.
Interval stretching lowers the trough concentration while keeping the dose; dose reduction lowers the level while keeping the rhythm. They are different interventions with different subjective profiles.
If somebody has the same thing measured a different way, post it next to mine and we will see whether they agree.
best — the order this archive was captured in
A written baseline — dose, date, weight, waist, and how appetite feels — taken before any change is what makes the following months interpretable rather than a series of impressions.

osman_eriksen is right that regain is a documented outcome rather than a character verdict.
stopping abruptly and stopping gradually are different experiences
I would not treat appetite returning as a sign of doing it wrong. It is the expected sequence.
appetite comes back before the weight does
Small fix — you have described interval stretching and called it a taper. The exposure profiles differ.
