Kept a one-line-a-day log for two months. The pattern was obvious on paper and invisible in my head.
Cosigning the fibre and water answer. Unglamorous, free, and it fixed it for me inside a week.
Disagree. Severe abdominal pain is not on the list of things to wait out, and this board should not be treating it as one.
