16kg over 11 months and honestly the most useful marker was that stairs stopped being a decision.

A goal weight chosen before starting is a prediction made with the least information you will ever have. Revising it is ordinary rather than a failure.
Correction: 17kg over 12 months is a different claim from 17kg in a month, and the post reads as the second.
How are you keeping track — spreadsheet, notebook, nothing?
