The source pages link the supplier’s own storefront on purpose, so you can read their account against ours.

Four observations is not a distribution. The lane tables here only became predictive once individual routes had a dozen or more reports behind them.

Bought small, tested identity first, and only then thought about anything else. That order felt right.

Total transit decomposes into first mile, international leg, clearance and last mile. Only the first two are meaningfully under the shipper’s control and most reported variance sits in the last two.

Asked QST which lines they hold regionally before ordering and got a straight list back. Changed what I ordered and when.

A quoted lead time is a commitment you can evaluate.

This is why the lane table is organised the way it is. The supplier is not the unit.

Clearance took three days and the carrier took nine. I had been blaming the wrong half for two years.

Agreed. The hepatic programme is the point of this compound and the weight discussion is a side effect of the side effect.

That reads as a titration plan for an unapproved compound. This board cannot host that and it should not want to.

What maintenance actually looks like, from the people on this board who have been in it longest.

You find a dose or an interval that holds the weight with side effects you barely notice, and then you stop optimising. Weigh monthly rather than daily. Expect a couple of kilos of range and do not act on it. Keep the habits that did the work in the losing phase, because they are the part that has to outlive the dose.

The most common mistake described here is treating arrival as a plateau and pushing the dose to chase a number chosen at week one by a person who did not yet know what maintenance felt like.

Maintenance posts are the most underrated content here and they get a fraction of the votes.

Why identity, not purity, is the test to buy here.

This is a short peptide with a published sequence. Synthesis is not difficult, which means the market is wide and the analytical question shifts. A high area-percent figure tells you the sample is homogeneous; it does not tell you the homogeneous material is the sequence you ordered.

Mass spectrometry, with the theoretical mass alongside the measured one, converts a purity claim into an identity claim. It costs a little more and it answers the question that actually matters. Ask for it, and ask suppliers whether they can provide it before you order — the answers are informative in themselves.

That is a lane problem rather than a packaging problem, and the fixes are different.

Increases in heart rate have been reported across this receptor class. The magnitude and clinical significance are exactly what phase 3 is powered to establish.

Left up and added to the lane table. Origin, destination and month were all included, which is all we ask.

Switching from semaglutide, since three people asked in this thread alone.

There is no published dose equivalence between the two. The conversion tables that circulate are somebody’s arithmetic, not data. What people report here is that the first month after a switch is often flat, that the appetite effect feels differently shaped rather than simply stronger, and that starting at the bottom of the ladder again is the common approach.

None of that is a recommendation. It is what the threads say, and the threads are not a clinic.

Cosigning the regional stock point.

kofi_ferreira is right that the pack failing is not the material failing. Two separate claims.

comment on small win: dose escalation stopped being a problem at week 19 in c/retatrutide · -8 points · 1 year ago

It is a triple agonist at the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors. The glucagon arm is the genuinely novel component and it is the one with the least human outcome data behind it.
