Asked TFC which lines they hold regionally before ordering and got a straight list back. Changed what I ordered and when.

The order to do things in when something is held, which is not what most people do.

Read the notice and identify which document you have: a hold, a request for information, or a seizure notice. They are different events with different processes and deadlines, and the notice says which. Note any deadline immediately.

Then work out where the time actually went — clearance and carrier are separate stages and only one of them involves your supplier. Then keep every document, including the dull ones, in date order.

And if there is a deadline or a consequence attached, this is the point to ask somebody qualified where you live. Nothing on a ranked feed is legal advice, including this comment.

Specialist services in England are commissioned to deliver a defined intervention. Reaching goal is a successful outcome and it typically ends with discharge back to primary care. Whether prescribing continues after that is a local decision that varies, and plenty of members here have discovered it at the point of discharge rather than at the start.

The useful thing to do is ask early: what happens when I finish, and does prescribing continue in primary care in this area. Ask it in writing, keep the answer, and you will at least know which conversation you are heading for.

Regional stock replaces an international lane with a domestic one. That is a structural change to the distribution, not a marginal improvement, and it is why the warehouse question matters more than the carrier question.

That template is elaborate enough that you will stop using it by week ten. Mine was.

If a supplier holds the line you want in a warehouse in your own region, your order is a domestic shipment. No international leg, no clearance, a shorter cold exposure and a lead time in days rather than weeks. If they do not, it is an international shipment however it is described at checkout.

So the question is not "how fast do you ship" but "which lines do you hold in regional stock, and is the one I want among them". It is one email, the answer is usually a list, and it changes what to order and when — especially in summer.

The attribution problem, which is the reason most logs on this board cannot answer the question their owner is asking.

If dose, training, intake and sleep all changed in the same fortnight, no analysis of the resulting numbers can tell you which one moved the outcome. That is not a limitation of your spreadsheet; it is a limitation of the design.

The fix is unglamorous: change one thing at a time, leave it long enough to see, and annotate the weeks where something else intruded anyway — because life will intrude. A log with honest annotations answers questions. A log with four simultaneous changes and a confident conclusion is the most common thing posted here, and it does not.
