week 34 check-in — 9kg down, reflux manageable, one thing confusing me
week 34 check-in — 9kg down, reflux manageable, one thing confusing me. Same spreadsheet I have been keeping since the start, nothing retrofitted.
Pulling the figures out of the title: week 34 and 9kg. All of it is written down as it happened rather than reconstructed.

Withdrawal studies across this class consistently show substantial regain after discontinuation, with appetite typically returning before weight changes. That is a description of the pharmacology of a chronic condition.
Screenshot none of this. Read the whole thread, including the parts where I am told I am wrong.

write down where you are before you change anything
interval stretching is the most commonly described approach here
There is very little published guidance on stopping specifically, which is exactly why board consensus here should carry less weight than usual and a clinician conversation should carry more.
Disagree with the framing. Regain is the documented outcome after discontinuation; calling it a personal failure is both wrong and corrosive.
