[Regain] 4kg back over a year and i am calling that a win
Check-in as promised in the title: 4kg back over a year and i am calling that a win.
4kg. Those are measured, not estimated, and not rounded up in my favour.
None of this is a taper plan. What dose holds for you is a question for somebody with your history in front of them.
Been at maintenance for 8 months on 2.4mg. Nothing happens. That is the whole report and it took me a while to accept it as success.
Sceptical readings welcome. The confident ones are the ones I distrust.

a few kilos of drift is not a relapse
Stretched from seven to ten days and then to twelve over about four months. Appetite told me where the limit was before the scale did.
