Disagreeing with this bit: a single slow shipment does not move a lane, it joins the distribution.
Cosigning the seasonality point. February and August on the same lane are different animals.
Push back: comparing a July transit with a February one on the same lane is not a comparison.
What lead time were you quoted at checkout?
Same lane, four orders, 12 to 7 days, all four within a couple of days of the quote. That consistency is the actual finding.
Small fix — shipped from the regional warehouse, not from origin, which is why the number looks unusual.
