comment on [Discussion] the lane advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/intlshipping · 407 points · 7 months ago
Regional stock replaces an international lane with a domestic one. That is a structural change to the distribution, not a marginal improvement, and it is why the warehouse question matters more than the carrier question.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about related substances until somebody posts a number in c/coa · 172 points · 7 months ago
Is water content on the document? It changes your concentration arithmetic.
comment on help me understand shortage list, I have read the wiki twice in c/compounding · 54 points · 8 months ago
Agreed. The 503A versus 503B distinction changes who is allowed to make what, and almost every confused thread here starts by ignoring it.
comment on [Discussion] area percent is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/coa · 362 points · 8 months ago
Area percent is the peak area of your compound over the total integrated area, at one wavelength, on one gradient. It is a relative measure of what the detector saw, not a mass fraction of the vial.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about gas fees until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 9 months ago
gas is not the supplier’s fee
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify crypto in c/cryptopay · 94 points · 9 months ago
Memo requirements are chain-specific. The chain you are describing does not use one.
comment on [Meta] the EMS rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/intlshipping · 7 points · 9 months ago
This.
lina_adebayo is right about regional stock. It changes the shape of the distribution, not just the mean.
comment on [Lab] split one vial across Janoshik and Medutest — 95.1% and 97.6% in c/coa · 17 points · 10 months ago
Did you get the chromatogram or only the summary line?
Agreed, and the practical version is: ask for the itemised table. If it exists, you get it.
comment on genuine question about shipping that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/intlshipping · -33 points · 10 months ago
Same lane in a different season for comparison?
comment on genuine question about shipping that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/intlshipping · 392 points · 10 months ago
Median transit is the useful statistic. The minimum is a story about one shipment and the mean is dragged around by a single hold.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about USDC until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 8 points · 10 months ago
Not convinced. That fee is the network fee at that hour, and it has nothing to do with the supplier.
comment on [Question] related substances — what am I missing here in c/coa · 302 points · 10 months ago
Asked for the storage condition behind the stability statement. Got it in a sentence. It is a two-line email and almost nobody sends it.
comment on [Vendor] TFC order #8 — Denmark, 12 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 10 months ago
Yes — the same token symbol on two chains catches people constantly and it is unrecoverable.
comment on why does nobody talk about EU in c/glp1eu · 23 points · 11 months ago
Disagree. That is one member state’s reimbursement rule and it does not generalise across the union.
comment on [Vendor] SGN order #6 — Ireland, 21 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/intlshipping · -1 points · 1 year ago
Origin, destination, carrier and month?
comment on [PSA] gas fees are not what most of this community thinks it is in c/cryptopay · 129 points · 1 year ago
How many confirmations does it show?
comment on does pharmacy actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1eu · 57 points · 1 year ago
Left up.
nl_verzekering is right about cross-border recognition being narrower than the summaries suggest.
comment on USDC is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 1 year ago
ask which networks they actually accept before you order
comment on [Meta] the Apotheke rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/glp1eu · 1 points · 1 year ago
keep the prescription and the receipt, both matter for claims
comment on the compounding thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/compounding · 1 points · 1 year ago
Agreed. The 503A versus 503B distinction changes who is allowed to make what, and almost every confused thread here starts by ignoring it.
comment on [Meta] the FLOW rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/trialwatch · 9 points · 1 year ago
open-label extensions are not the same evidence as the randomised phase
comment on the batch question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/coa · 45 points · 1 year ago

comment on [Discussion] TRIUMPH is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/trialwatch · 49 points · 1 year ago
A confidence interval is the range of effects compatible with the data. Two trials with overlapping intervals have not disagreed, whatever their point estimates look like next to each other.
comment on [Discussion] reship is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/intlshipping · 16 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced by four data points. That is not a lane yet, it is an anecdote with a route attached.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about certificate of analysis is guesswork in c/coa · 177 points · 1 year ago
Did you ask for the batch-specific document, or is this the catalogue one?
comment on the UK: network, and what it actually costs here in c/cryptopay · 63 points · 1 year ago
Nearly sent on the wrong network. The token symbol was identical and the address format was the only clue.
comment on [Vendor] JEEP vs WXT on the same compound, same month — both cleared 98.5% in c/coa · 68 points · 1 year ago
chromatogram or it did not happen
comment on [Vendor] JEEP order #3 — Ireland, 21 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/intlshipping · 28 points · 1 year ago
customs clearance time is not carrier time and they get conflated
comment on the crypto thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/cryptopay · 5 points · 1 year ago
send a test amount first if the total is large
comment on the crypto thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/cryptopay · 13 points · 1 year ago
Confirmations are the count of blocks built on top of the one containing your transaction. Until there are some, the transaction is not settled in any meaningful sense.
comment on help me understand DHL, I have read the wiki twice in c/intlshipping · 70 points · 1 year ago
summer and winter are different lanes with the same name
comment on the reimbursement thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1eu · 417 points · 1 year ago
Apotheke pricing and pharmacy pricing elsewhere are different systems
comment on the reimbursement thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1eu · 66 points · 1 year ago
cross-border prescription rules exist and they are narrower than people think
comment on the reimbursement thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1eu · 199 points · 1 year ago
EU-wide advice is almost always wrong somewhere
comment on someone explain state board to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/compounding · 84 points · 1 year ago
A beyond-use date derived from published stability data means something different from one assigned by default rule. Asking which is a fair question and the answer is usually available.
comment on [Meta] the 503B rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/compounding · 23 points · 1 year ago
Is the compound still on the shortage list where you are?
comment on the pharmacy question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/glp1eu · 313 points · 1 year ago
Kept the prescription and the receipt for a claim, purely because a thread here told me to. Both were requested.
comment on the gas fees question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/cryptopay · 199 points · 2 years ago
confirmations are the only status that means anything
comment on reading API source threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/compounding · -22 points · 2 years ago
Same view. If the intake asked you nothing, the intake was a formality and you should factor that in.
comment on Apotheke — 10 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/glp1eu · 1 points · 2 years ago
say which country or the thread is useless
