What wavelength, and what was the gradient?
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about interval stretching until somebody posts a number in c/tapering · -25 points · 4 months ago
Do you have a written baseline from before you started changing anything?
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for integration posts in c/hplc · 68 points · 4 months ago
two labs, two gradients, two honest answers
comment on reconstitution is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/reconstitution · 0 points · 4 months ago
Are you accounting for the powder volume, or is that where the confusion is?
comment on someone explain gradient to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/hplc · 1 points · 4 months ago
ghost peak, check the plumbing first, it is always the plumbing
comment on genuine question about API source that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/compounding · 23 points · 4 months ago
the price difference is mostly the intake, not the vial
comment on tried insulin resistance for 13 weeks. here is what happened. in c/glp1women · 2 points · 5 months ago
Perimenopause and all of this at once, and there is essentially nothing written about the combination anywhere.
This is the practical fix for half the confusing weeks on this board — annotate the cycle.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring bacteriostatic water at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/reconstitution · 0 points · 5 months ago
Same. I got this wrong once, caught it because the units looked absurd, and have written on every vial since.
comment on [Discussion] units are doing more work than we give it credit for in c/reconstitution · 40 points · 5 months ago
bacteriostatic water has the preservative, sterile water does not
comment on someone explain appetite return to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/tapering · 0 points · 5 months ago
appetite comes back before the weight does
comment on [Meta] the state board rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/compounding · 42 points · 6 months ago
Asked for the beyond-use date basis and got a real answer with a stability reference attached. Not universal, apparently.
comment on week 59 check-in — 30kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/tapering · 107 points · 6 months ago
Nothing on this board is a taper schedule, and no member can write one for another.
TitrationTortoise is right that regain is a documented outcome rather than a character verdict.
comment on small win: PCOS stopped being a problem at week 61 in c/glp1women · 34 points · 6 months ago
symptom patterns can track the cycle rather than the dose
comment on the units thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/reconstitution · -31 points · 6 months ago
Bacteriostatic or plain sterile water?

swirl, never shake

Started reconstituting everything to a round concentration and the six-in-the-morning error rate went to zero.
comment on help me understand glucagon, I have read the wiki twice in c/retatrutide · 455 points · 7 months ago
small trial, big effect, wide error bars

if a clinic will not name the facility, that is your answer
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about 503B until somebody posts a number in c/compounding · 28 points · 7 months ago
503A or 503B — do you know which?
comment on [Question] gradient — what am I missing here in c/hplc · 17 points · 7 months ago
retention time alone is not identity
comment on [Lab] MKM cagri — Medutest came back 97.7% against a claimed 97.0% in c/hplc · 113 points · 7 months ago
Started reporting my own integrations with the baseline choice stated. Arguments in my threads dropped by about half.
comment on how much of what we believe about concentration actually comes from mg/mL threads in c/reconstitution · 128 points · 8 months ago
5mg into 3mL is 1.67mg/mL, and 1.5mg of that is 90 units
comment on [Discussion] the shortage list advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/compounding · 118 points · 8 months ago
This. Compounded preparations carry no equivalence claim, and treating them as generics is a category error people make constantly.
comment on does discontinuation actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/tapering · 13 points · 8 months ago
stretching to ten days then twelve is the pattern people report
comment on 14 months in and retatrutide is still the thing I get wrong in c/retatrutide · 310 points · 8 months ago

How many confirmations does it show?

a shoulder is not an impurity until you can resolve it
comment on does gradient actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/hplc · 10 points · 9 months ago
Careful — you are treating retention time as identity.
This is the whole methodological point of the board in one line.
comment on [Question] LC-MS — what am I missing here in c/hplc · 2 points · 9 months ago
LC-MS for identity, UV for relative quantity
comment on reading fertility threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1women · 34 points · 10 months ago
log the cycle alongside the dose if you want the pattern to be visible
comment on [Discussion] the dead space advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 10 months ago
Is that a U-100 syringe? The barrel markings change the answer completely.
comment on appetite return is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/tapering · 3 points · 10 months ago
the withdrawal data is unambiguous and it is not about willpower
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for LC-MS posts in c/hplc · 436 points · 10 months ago
Right. And a blank between injections settles the carryover argument before it starts.
comment on [Vendor] SWB order #6 — Ireland, 13 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/cryptopay · 2 points · 11 months ago
The sequence that makes this boring, which is the goal.
vendorinvestigate_vic is right about confirmations. "Sent" is not a status.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for state board posts in c/compounding · 81 points · 11 months ago
Switched between two compounded preparations and the concentration on the label was different. Redid the arithmetic on paper before drawing anything.
comment on [Results] 4 weeks on 15mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/retatrutide · 702 points · 1 year ago
Agreed, and the framing that helps is: this is a phase 2 compound with phase 3 running. Everything else is inference.
comment on the dead space question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 1 year ago
label the vial with the date as well as the concentration
comment on does method development actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/hplc · 103 points · 1 year ago
Agreed. Two analysts, one trace, two integration choices, and a spread that has nothing to do with the vial.
comment on tried triple agonist for 19 weeks. here is what happened. in c/retatrutide · 29 points · 1 year ago
The food noise profile felt different rather than worse. Hard to describe and impossible to quantify, so take it as an impression.
