Disagree with reading anything into that. One value, one morning, and you changed two other things in the same window.

The appetite thing was the surprise. I expected to feel full. What I got was simply not thinking about food between meals.

What did week 37 look like compared with this one? The month either side is the useful comparison.

Correcting myself from earlier in the thread: I said week 2 and it was week 10. Same shape, wrong number.

same lab, same conditions, or you are comparing noise

I would not draw a line through two points, especially when the second was taken at a different time of day.

Have you taken this to whoever ordered it?

That is a non-fasting value and the interval you are comparing it against is a fasting one.

Weight change and appetite change are different endpoints on different timescales. Conflating them is where most of the confusion on this board starts.

That reads like advice, and none of us can give it.
