Employer plan or individual plan?

I would not skip the peer-to-peer. It is often the fastest route and it costs a phone call.

Annotation is what makes a log survive contact with your future self. A single note beside an unusual week saves an hour of puzzled reconstruction later.

Prior authorisation criteria are republished each plan year. A criterion that blocked you in one year may not exist in the next, so a denial is worth retesting after the turnover.

That is an employer plan process, and the provincial route is different in both form and timeline.

A log is only interpretable if the conditions are consistent. Same day, same time, same state, same scale — otherwise you are recording measurement variability rather than change.

Nothing here is medical or legal advice. The pharmacist and the prescriber are the people who can act, and both are faster than a forum.
