[Discussion] we are measuring Zepbound at the wrong time and calling it noise
Thinking out loud about this: we are measuring Zepbound at the wrong time and calling it noise. Went 10 to 12.5 on the calendar and had the worst fortnight of the whole run. Dropped back to 10 and everything settled. The thing nobody warned me about was how much of this is logistics — storing it, remembering it, the…
Right. And the sema-to-tirz "conversion" people post is invented. There is no published equivalence.
Same experience with the appetite effect being flatter across the week rather than front-loaded.
Correction to my own post above — I said 15mg and I have been on 7.5mg since the spring. Same argument, wrong number.
This matches mine. Milder fatigue than I expected, and what there was settled inside a fortnight of each step.
Yes. I stepped to 12.5 because the calendar said so, not because anything needed fixing, and I regretted it for a fortnight.
the appetite effect is blunter than sema, in a good way, most weeks

Not sure about this bit. The GIP arm being real does not tell you that it is what caused your particular week.
Have you held a step for longer than the four-week minimum at any point?
zepbound and mounjaro are the same compound with different labels
week 4 is early to draw any conclusion at all

This. The step interval is a floor, and reading it as a timetable is the most expensive mistake in the thread.
