Disagree. 2.4 is the top of the label, not the goal, and "everyone ends up there" is just survivorship in the posts you read.

Ask what the stability statement was written against — temperature, light, and whether it was the lyophilised powder or the reconstituted solution. Those are three different claims.

Small fix — a U-100 syringe is 100 units per mL. If yours is marked differently it is not U-100 and the whole calculation changes.

Correction: that is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning, and the document says so if you read the row label.

Bacteriostatic water contains benzyl alcohol as a preservative, which is what makes repeated entry into the same vial reasonable.
viktor_kirchner has the units point exactly right. They are a volume on the barrel and nothing else.

Reconstituted at 3mL when I meant to use a different volume. Caught it because the units looked wrong on the barrel. Now I write 10mg/mL on the glass before I put the cap back.

Sent one vial to VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter. 99.6% and a claimed 99.0%. Cost me more than the vial and I would do it again.
