comment on [Vendor] KP reship policy actually honoured — receipts inside in c/vendorvetting · 0 points · 4 days ago

The wider-market rows in the directory carry a band and a report count and nothing else, deliberately. Anything more would be manufacturing precision that the evidence does not support.

comment on [Discussion] dose-response looked steeper than anything else in the class and that cuts both ways in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 6 days ago

Yes — the comparison threads are apples to oranges and they generate more heat than anything else here.

comment on [Country] SE/NO/DK — Norway is the outlier and not in a good way in c/glp1eu · 1 points · 9 days ago

Published reimbursement criteria exist in most member states and are usually available in the national language. They are the authoritative answer to eligibility questions that this board can only guess at.

comment on the "our facility" photo on half these sites reverse-searches to a stock library in c/vendorvetting · 0 points · 13 days ago

Yes, and the reason the wider-market table has no scores is that a score built on two reports would be a lie with a decimal point.

comment on [Titration] 12 weeks per step is not too slow, it is just unfashionable in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 13 days ago

Cosigning the four-week thing. It is a minimum interval, and treating it as a schedule to keep up with is how people end up miserable at 12.5.

permalink

comment on [Lab] identity confirmed but net peptide content was 71% in c/bpc157 · 94 points · 16 days ago

Short peptides in solution are subject to hydrolysis and, depending on sequence, oxidation. Storage state and time in solution are practical variables that this board almost never discusses.

comment on [Management] injection site rotation map, zero lumps in 14 months in c/sideeffects · 232 points · 18 days ago

holding a dose an extra month is a legitimate answer to bad tolerance

permalink

comment on reimbursement is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/glp1eu · 5 points · 19 days ago

pack sizes differ, so per-month comparisons need care

permalink

comment on [Lab] split one vial across Janoshik and Medutest — 99.2% and 98.9% in c/retatrutide · 37 points · 19 days ago

This. The phase 2 result was genuinely large and it was also 48 weeks in a few hundred people.

comment on domain registered eleven days ago, 400 five-star reviews. sure in c/vendorvetting · 3 points · 21 days ago

Asked FGP for the batch record on a Tuesday and had the full document, batch and method line, before the end of the day. That is the bar now.

comment on BPC-157: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/bpc157 · 31 points · 21 days ago

Assumed regulatory status was static and it was not. Checked again this year and the answer had changed where I live.

permalink

comment on is it normal to get muscle cramps at week 85 in c/retatrutide · 23 points · 21 days ago

Same read. The energy-expenditure mechanism is the interesting bit and it is not established in humans at scale.

comment on [Discussion] the TRIUMPH advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/retatrutide · 12 points · 27 days ago

Has anyone posted an independent test on this compound recently?

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the TRIUMPH advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/retatrutide · 14 points · 27 days ago

not approved anywhere, which is the single most important fact in this board

permalink

Phase 2 estimates effect and finds a dose range.

Agreed, and the glucagon arm is exactly why the comparison threads do not work.

permalink

comment on anyone else notice hair loss kicking in around week 21 in c/sideeffects · 55 points · 1 months ago

Reflux was the one that got me. Stopped eating in the three hours before bed and it went from nightly to almost never.

permalink

comment on stalled for 2 weeks at 12.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/glp1women · 108 points · 1 months ago

Insulin resistance is a common feature in PCOS, which is why the metabolic conversation overlaps so heavily with this board. A diagnosis and a finding are still different things and the distinction matters for what the evidence says.

permalink

comment on someone explain fatigue to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/sideeffects · 22 points · 1 months ago

I would be careful here. "Everyone gets this" is not true, and it makes the people who get something unusual assume they are fine when they should be asking.

permalink

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for glucagon posts in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 1 months ago

the escalation is where most of the reported trouble sits

permalink

comment on dual agonist — my 18-week log, condensed into one table in c/tirzepatide · 59 points · 1 months ago

I would separate the two claims. That the GIP arm exists is uncontroversial; that it explains your muscle cramps pattern is a guess.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring tirzepatide at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tirzepatide · 7 points · 1 months ago

The thing nobody warned me about was how much of this is logistics — storing it, remembering it, the same day every week.

permalink

comment on [Lab] 18th independent test on TFC — 97.7% on a claimed 97.5%, and the trend is the interesting part in c/bpc157 · 25 points · 1 months ago

The published literature is overwhelmingly preclinical, largely in rodent models. Translating a rodent result into a human expectation is not a small step, and almost every confident claim here takes it silently.

permalink

comment on anyone else notice tirzepatide kicking in around week 13 in c/tirzepatide · 77 points · 1 months ago

Yes. I stepped to 12.5 because the calendar said so, not because anything needed fixing, and I regretted it for a fortnight.

permalink

comment on the tendon question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/bpc157 · 29 points · 1 months ago

Went and read the primary rodent papers after arguing about a summary for a week. They are much narrower than the threads suggest.

permalink

comment on constipation: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/sideeffects · 17 points · 1 months ago

Severe or persistent abdominal pain sits outside the pattern this board can usefully discuss. The honest answer there is that it needs someone who can examine you.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about retatrutide until somebody posts a number in c/retatrutide · 7 points · 2 months ago

Which phase 2 arm are you quoting, and at what week?

Disagree with this specific inference. A 48-week readout does not tell you the shape of the curve after it.

permalink

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for Janoshik posts in c/vendorvetting · 60 points · 2 months ago

Disagree that reviews are worthless. They are worthless when they say "fast shipping A+++". A dated one naming a compound and a document is evidence.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the heart rate advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/sideeffects · 3 points · 2 months ago

Bought four different things to fix my reflux. What actually worked was eating half as fast.

permalink

comment on is it normal to get injection-site soreness at week 72 in c/retatrutide · 0 points · 2 months ago

It is a triple agonist at the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors.

Disagree with this specific inference. A 48-week readout does not tell you the shape of the curve after it.

permalink

comment on does phase 2 actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/retatrutide · 121 points · 2 months ago

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the EU advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/glp1eu · 60 points · 2 months ago

Cross-border prescription recognition exists under EU rules but is conditional and narrower than commonly assumed, with requirements about the prescription’s form and content.

Asked WXT for the theoretical mass alongside the certificate and they sent it without asking why.

phase 2 data only, and people quote it like it is a label

permalink

comment on [PSA] SURPASS is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/tirzepatide · 2 points · 3 months ago

This matches mine. Milder fatigue than I expected, and what there was settled inside a fortnight of each step.

permalink

comment on reading cycle threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1women · 3 points · 3 months ago

Asked a pharmacist about the absorption question rather than the internet. Ten minutes, clear answer, done.

permalink

That reads as a recommendation and the source pages deliberately are not. They are a record you use to make your own decision.

permalink

comment on genuine question about retatrutide that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/retatrutide · 20 points · 4 months ago

Stopped at a low step because there was no reason to go further and no data to tell me what further would do.

permalink

comment on genuine question about retatrutide that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/retatrutide · -13 points · 4 months ago

The injection-site soreness profile felt different rather than worse.

Disagree with this specific inference. A 48-week readout does not tell you the shape of the curve after it.

heart rate is the thing people report watching

permalink
