comment on three years of shipping threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/intlshipping · 22 points · 1 year ago
Where the time actually goes, which I got wrong for two years.
Agreed — and the decomposition matters. Most people are blaming the international leg for a last-mile problem.

Those criteria were revised at renewal, so the version quoted upthread is out of date.

comment on genuine question about regret that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/darkspot · 32 points · 1 year ago
That was a hold rather than a loss, and it resolved. Updating rather than deleting.
comment on am I the only one who found maintenance harder than the injections in c/maintenancephase · 5 points · 1 year ago
maintenance is a phase, not a finish line
comment on [Discussion] the long term advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/maintenancephase · 118 points · 1 year ago
Dose reduction and interval extension are different interventions. Halving the dose keeps the rhythm and lowers the level; stretching keeps the level and lowers the frequency, with a lower trough.

Has appetite changed, or only the scale?
comment on [Results] 30 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/maintenancephase · 307 points · 2 years ago
Weigh monthly now. Best change I made in the whole run and it cost nothing.

the goal weight you picked at week 1 was a guess
comment on genuine question about goal weight that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/maintenancephase · 691 points · 2 years ago
Wrote down what maintenance would look like at about week 64, before I needed it. Having decided in advance made the transition boring.
