from a UK pricing perspective an oral changes the private-prescription market more than the NHS one. edit: probably. everything about UK access surprises me eventually.

This is the most useful UK post on the site and I want to add the parallel timeline, because the comparison is the actual decision most people are making.

Correct, and worth adding: the trial average is an average. Half the people in it did worse than 15% and were still on the drug.

nadia_trevino is right that the two routes are separate. A private prescription does not move you up the list.

Small correction: 2.4mg is the maintenance ceiling on the label, not the starting maintenance dose. The distinction matters for anyone reading this later.

Sent the same compound from KP and BCH to Janoshik in the same month. Both came back above the claim on the certificate — mine was 99.2% on a stated 99.0%.

Tested three lots over a year rather than three vials from one lot. Cost the same and told me something completely different.
