I would not skip the peer-to-peer. It is often the fastest route and it costs a phone call.
comment on how much of what we believe about endpoint actually comes from SURMOUNT threads in c/trialwatch · 32 points · 5 months ago
Yes. The appendix tables are where the subgroup and the adverse event detail actually live.
comment on genuine question about shortage list that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/compounding · 12 points · 5 months ago
Agreed on potency testing of the finished preparation. That is a different question from the purity of the starting material.
comment on why does nobody talk about prior authorization in c/insurancefights · 21 points · 5 months ago
Employer-sponsored plans may be regulated differently from individually purchased ones, which changes both the appeal route and which regulator hears a complaint.

comment on [Question] Canada — has anyone got a straight answer on chargeback in c/cryptopay · 322 points · 5 months ago
A test transaction costs one extra network fee and verifies the address, the network and the recipient’s crediting process before the main amount moves.

Confirmation took forty minutes on a busy evening and I had already written half an angry message. Deleted it.

This. The withdrawal data is not ambiguous and framing regain as a personal failure is both wrong and cruel.

This. Anything urging you to decide today is doing so for its own reasons.

Yes — describe the sequence of events with dates. That is a report. Adjectives are not.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about escrow is guesswork in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 9 months ago
Adding the cheap insurance — test amount first on anything large.
Disagreeing here: that is a network fee at a busy hour and it is not the supplier’s doing.

Disagree with chasing the last stretch by going up. You are trading a real side-effect cost for a number you chose arbitrarily.
comment on reading formulary threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/insurancefights · 32 points · 11 months ago
Disagree with the tone strategy. Anger has never moved a determination; matching the criterion has.

Disagree — a 503B being registered does not make its preparations equivalent to an approved product. Different regulatory category entirely.

Yes — quoting their own policy bulletin back at them is far more effective than arguing in general terms.
comment on help me understand goal weight, I have read the wiki twice in c/maintenancephase · 85 points · 1 year ago
Dose reduction and interval extension are different interventions. Halving the dose keeps the rhythm and lowers the level; stretching keeps the level and lowers the frequency, with a lower trough.
