Domain age, registrar and certificate issuance date are all public and take about a minute to check. A site claiming years of history on a months-old domain is the cheapest signal available.
Small fix — the name you are describing is in the wider-market table with almost nothing on file, not in the documented twenty.
ask for a batch-specific document before you send anything
check the domain character by character before you check anything else
A report is useful here when it carries dates, the exact domain, what was requested, what arrived and what did not. Everything else is atmosphere.
