You cannot infer potency from a temperature record. The record tells you what happened to the box; only a test tells you what happened to the material.

Research-use-only material is not approved for human use. That is a plain statement of regulatory fact and it belongs in every beginner thread.

Time of day, fasting state, hydration and recent exercise all move common markers. Standardising the draw conditions is free and it removes most of the apparent variability.

Nobody here can interpret your panel and this comment is not doing so. What a board can usefully do is help you ask better questions of somebody who can.

Same view — ApoB if you add one thing. It answers a question the standard panel only gestures at.

Once in solution, the relevant risks are hydrolysis, aggregation and, for some sequences, oxidation. Refrigeration slows all three; freezing a solution introduces a separate risk at the ice interface.
