comment on perimenopause — my 15-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1women · 5 points · 9 months ago
Correcting myself upthread: the shedding started at week 38 for me, not the week I gave.
comment on perimenopause — my 15-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1women · 8 points · 9 months ago
the same dose can feel different at different points in the month
comment on non-peptide: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/orforglipron · -6 points · 9 months ago
The no-timing-restriction thing is the part I would care about most in practice, and it barely gets mentioned here.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify crypto in c/cryptopay · -37 points · 9 months ago
nobody legitimate needs the payment in the next ten minutes
comment on [Question] Apotheke — what am I missing here in c/glp1eu · 20 points · 9 months ago
Cosigning on cross-border prescriptions. The rules exist and they are narrower than the summaries suggest.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for confirmations posts in c/cryptopay · 42 points · 10 months ago
A test transaction costs one extra network fee and verifies the address, the network and the recipient’s crediting process before the main amount moves.
comment on why does nobody talk about EU in c/glp1eu · 0 points · 11 months ago
Agreed that pharmacy margin regulation explains a lot of the price differences people find mysterious.
Adding the practical step — read your own country’s published criteria. They exist and they are definitive.
comment on how much of what we believe about PeptideMeter actually comes from batch threads in c/labresults · 34 points · 12 months ago
Sent a vial in specifically to check a supplier’s claim after a good experience. It matched. Boring result, worth logging.
comment on does reimbursement actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1eu · 9 points · 12 months ago
Nothing here is medical or legal advice, and eligibility questions have national answers that a pharmacist where you live can give you in minutes.
comment on [Discussion] the escrow advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/cryptopay · 3 points · 1 year ago
Is the fee you are describing the network fee or something the supplier added?
comment on ATTAIN: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/orforglipron · 72 points · 1 year ago
small molecule, not a peptide, and that changes everything about it
comment on how much of what we believe about gas fees actually comes from USDC threads in c/cryptopay · 5 points · 1 year ago
Some chains require a memo or destination tag to route funds to the right account. Omitting it on those chains is one of the more common ways payments go astray.
comment on reading below spec threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/labresults · 77 points · 1 year ago

a shortage in one member state is not a shortage in all of them
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring test results at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/labresults · 36 points · 1 year ago
post the claim next to the result or the number floats
Agreed — and two services on one batch is the strongest thing any of us can produce individually.
comment on unpopular opinion: most of what gets said here about orforglipron is guesswork in c/orforglipron · 2 points · 1 year ago
Analytically this is a small-molecule identity and purity problem, not a peptide one. The methods, the impurity classes and the reference standards are all different.
comment on PCOS — my 15-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1women · 188 points · 1 year ago
Insulin resistance is a common feature in PCOS, which is why the metabolic conversation overlaps so heavily with this board. A diagnosis and a finding are still different things and the distinction matters for what the evidence says.

small molecule, not a peptide, and that changes everything about it
comment on the chargeback thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 1 year ago
Confirmation took forty minutes on a busy evening and I had already written half an angry message. Deleted it.
comment on the Janoshik thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/labresults · 163 points · 1 year ago
one result is a data point, agreement between two services is evidence
comment on someone explain perimenopause to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/glp1women · 10 points · 1 year ago
fertility can change with weight loss and that surprises people
comment on [Discussion] the chargeback advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/cryptopay · 32 points · 1 year ago
screenshot the transaction hash, not the wallet balance
comment on three years of Apotheke threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/glp1eu · 77 points · 1 year ago
Agreed that pharmacy margin regulation explains a lot of the price differences people find mysterious.
comment on am I the only one who found struggle harder than the injections in c/progresspics · 26 points · 1 year ago
a milestone is whatever you decide it is
comment on [Meta] the goal rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/progresspics · 11 points · 2 years ago
This. Waist measurement kept moving through my longest stall and it was the only thing that kept me sane.
comment on [Meta] the goal rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/progresspics · 16 points · 2 years ago
Text-only posting removes the comparison mechanism that makes image boards difficult, which is why this community adopted the rule and has kept it.
comment on someone explain ATTAIN to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 2 years ago
Disagree. You are comparing doses across a small molecule and a peptide, which is not a comparison of anything.
comment on milestone — 11 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/progresspics · 85 points · 2 years ago
Are you measuring anything other than weight?
comment on chargeback — 8 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/cryptopay · 40 points · 2 years ago
Same. Asking which networks are accepted before ordering has saved me twice.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring milestone at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/progresspics · 135 points · 2 years ago
the clothes change before the number does
comment on the Apotheke thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1eu · 47 points · 2 years ago
say which country or the thread is useless
comment on [Question] small molecule — what am I missing here in c/orforglipron · 44 points · 2 years ago
Read both programme names carefully after mixing them up in a comment and being politely corrected.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about network until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 161 points · 2 years ago
Some chains require a memo or destination tag to route funds to the right account. Omitting it on those chains is one of the more common ways payments go astray.
comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on chargeback in c/cryptopay · -11 points · 2 years ago
Sent to the right address on the wrong chain years ago. Nothing to be done. That is the lesson I paid for.
comment on how much of what we believe about purity actually comes from batch threads in c/labresults · 789 points · 2 years ago
Date of analysis anchors the result to a manufacturing period. A two-year-old result is evidence about two years ago and should be read that way.
