Regional stock made more difference to my planning than anything else — ordering from a warehouse in New Zealand took the customs question off the tab

janoshik_junkie is describing the batch record test and it is the fastest signal available before you spend anything.

Which lane, and what was the quoted lead time at checkout?

Disagreeing here: that is a delay, and this board has to keep delay and intent in separate columns.

Adding the practical version: buy small from anyone new, test it, then decide.

Reported something here with dates and screenshots and was asked for the document trail. Fair challenge, and it made the report worth reading.

Correction to my own post above — I said 7.5mg and I have been on 15mg since the spring. Same argument, wrong number.

Asked QSC for the batch record on a Tuesday and had the full document, batch and method line, before the end of the day. That is the bar now.

Small fix: SURMOUNT is the obesity programme, SURPASS is the type-2 programme. They are different endpoints and the numbers do not transfer.

Same. A batch-specific document requested before payment costs nothing and filters an enormous amount.

What does the method line actually say? Not the technique — the column and the gradient.

Ask what the stability statement was written against — temperature, light, and whether it was the lyophilised powder or the reconstituted solution. Those are three different claims.

Small fix — 214nm, not 280nm.

This is the sentence to take away. The rest of the thread is footnotes to it.

That is a report count, not a test count. The table lists both and they are very different numbers.

Total transit includes a clearance stage that is not under the carrier’s control. Separating clearance time from carrier time is the first step in diagnosing any delay.

Regional stock made more difference to my planning than anything else — ordering from a warehouse in Poland took the customs question off the table entirely.

Six orders across two years from SGN. Same packaging, same paperwork, same lead time. The most boring supplier relationship I have and I mean that as praise.

Not convinced. A payment window that closed is a payment window, not evidence of intent.

Lead time and minimum quantity are the two facts people forget to ask for and then argue about later. Both are answerable in one email before you commit.

Push back: "nobody has tested them" is a fact about this board, not a fact about the company. Say the first one.

Switching from semaglutide, since three people asked in this thread alone.

There is no published dose equivalence between the two. The conversion tables that circulate are somebody’s arithmetic, not data. What people report here is that the first month after a switch is often flat, that the appetite effect feels differently shaped rather than simply stronger, and that starting at the bottom of the ladder again is the common approach.

None of that is a recommendation. It is what the threads say, and the threads are not a clinic.

comment on [Question] declared value — what am I missing here in c/customs · 3 points · 1 year ago

That delay was at clearance, not with the carrier. The lane table separates them for exactly this reason.

permalink

comment on [Discussion] the fraud advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/scamalerts · 0 points · 1 year ago

Why this board insists on dates and documents rather than names.

A report that says "X is a scam" is unfalsifiable and unactionable. A report that says "ordered on this date, paid this way, asked for a batch document on this date, received this reply, nothing since" can be checked, corroborated, or corrected by somebody with a different experience.

The second kind has repeatedly turned out to be a shipping problem, a payment window, or a misread email. The first kind never turns into anything except an argument, and when it is wrong the cost falls on somebody real.

Fixing my own comment above: I said 6 orders and it is 38. The pattern is the same, the count was wrong.

Careful — "the metadata looks odd" is a reason to ask a question, not a conclusion. Re-issues are ordinary.

The thing nobody warned me about was how much of this is logistics — storing it, remembering it, the same day every week.
