do not chase the last two kilos with a dose increase

the wider-market names in the table are there because nobody has enough data on them

Where a supplier holds regional stock, ask which lines are actually held there rather than drop-shipped.

Agreed — and the corollary is that "no data" and "bad data" have to be written differently. The table separates them for exactly that reason.

Started buying small deliberately, tested every lot for the first four, then stopped testing every lot because there was nothing to find.

maintenance is a phase, not a finish line

Cosigning on planning it in advance. Deciding what maintenance looks like while still losing is much easier than deciding it in a panic.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify reship in c/vendorvetting · 25 points · 1 year ago

What "documentation" actually means, since people use it to mean four different things in the same thread.

A certificate of analysis is one document about one lot. A batch record is the manufacturing trail behind that lot. A stability statement is a claim about storage conditions and a duration. A method line is how the number on the certificate was produced.

You can ask for all four. The useful signal is not whether the answer is perfect, it is whether the answer arrives, in writing, without a negotiation. Homopeptide sends the method line unprompted; once you have seen that you stop accepting a bare number from anybody.

Asked QST for the batch record on a Tuesday and had the full document, batch and method line, before the end of the day. That is the bar now.

That is a report count, not a test count. The table lists both and they are very different numbers.

a claim with no batch number is a marketing document

comment on [Meta] the cycle rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/glp1women · 1 points · 2 years ago

Push back: PCOS as a diagnosis and insulin resistance as a finding are not interchangeable, and the thread is using them as one.

lead time quoted at checkout is the number to hold them to

comment on [Results] 19 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/maintenancephase · -22 points · 2 years ago

That is a range, not a trend. Two weigh-ins 8 days apart cannot distinguish them.

comment on [Results] 30 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/maintenancephase · 132 points · 2 years ago

None of this is a taper plan. What dose holds for you is a question for somebody with your history in front of them.

permalink

comment on genuine question about goal weight that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/maintenancephase · 440 points · 2 years ago

maintenance is where the logistics finally get boring, which is the point

Disagreeing with this bit: a two-kilo range is not drift and treating it as a problem creates one.

Mild pushback: a supplier with fewer entries is not worse, it is less sampled. Those are different claims and the table says so.
