comment on [Discussion] we are measuring Mounjaro at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tirzepatide · 788 points · 1 year ago
Vials and pens carry the same molecule; what differs is fill volume, device tolerance and whether you are doing your own arithmetic. Neither is inherently more accurate.
comment on [PSA] GIP is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/tirzepatide · 428 points · 1 year ago
Weekly dosing again, half-life in the same neighbourhood as sema, so a step change takes about a month to reach steady state. Judging a new step at day five is judging noise.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about excursion until somebody posts a number in c/coldchain · 10 points · 1 year ago
Push back: you cannot infer degradation from a temperature excursion alone. That is what testing is for.
comment on tried tracking for 4 weeks. here is what happened. in c/dosinglogs · 19 points · 1 year ago
How long have you been logging?
comment on genuine question about tirzepatide that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/tirzepatide · 35 points · 1 year ago
zepbound and mounjaro are the same compound with different labels
comment on tried weight for 3 weeks. here is what happened. in c/dosinglogs · 177 points · 1 year ago
a log with no dates is a story
comment on my ferritin moved and I cannot work out whether tracking is why in c/dosinglogs · 10 points · 1 year ago
log what you did, not what you meant to do
comment on [Vendor] BCH order #16 — Germany, 4 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/coldchain · 1 points · 1 year ago
How many days in transit, and which month?
comment on three years of excursion threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coldchain · -3 points · 1 year ago
Powder or already in solution?
comment on glucagon is the most under-discussed thing on this board in c/survodutide · 1 points · 1 year ago
fibrosis improvement without worsening steatohepatitis is the phrase to learn
comment on [Discussion] lyophilised is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/coldchain · 115 points · 1 year ago
Wrote the reconstitution date on the vial for the first time last year. Have never once since wondered how old a solution is.
comment on my fasting insulin moved and I cannot work out whether Zepbound is why in c/tirzepatide · 69 points · 2 years ago
the trials titrated on a calendar, real people titrate on symptoms
comment on why does nobody talk about waist in c/dosinglogs · 13 points · 2 years ago
write the concentration in the log too
comment on am I the only one who found tirzepatide harder than the injections in c/tirzepatide · 54 points · 2 years ago
I would separate the two claims. That the GIP arm exists is uncontroversial; that it explains your reflux pattern is a guess.
comment on three years of packaging threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 years ago
Gel pack fully liquid on arrival, powder tested 99.6% against a claimed 99.0% afterwards. The pack had done its job for as long as it was designed to.
comment on three years of packaging threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coldchain · 111 points · 2 years ago
Correction: that stability figure covers the lyophilised powder, not the reconstituted solution. Different claim entirely.
comment on someone explain ice pack to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/coldchain · 5 points · 2 years ago
the excursion that matters is the one after reconstitution
comment on week 16 check-in — 5kg down, reflux manageable, one thing confusing me in c/tirzepatide · 536 points · 2 years ago
Appetite effect for me is flat across seven days.
This. The step interval is a floor, and reading it as a timetable is the most expensive mistake in the thread.

switching from sema is not a dose conversion, there is no clean equivalence
