Pushback: you changed the dose, the meal timing and the training in the same fortnight, so the attribution is guesswork.
comment on jurisdiction — 3 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/customs · 56 points · 1 year ago
Where a supplier holds regional stock, the shipment is domestic and there is no import event at all. That is the structural fix rather than a workaround.

Gently disagree with the framing — nothing has gone wrong. Week 13 looking flat is the ordinary experience.

Shipped from regional stock or from origin?
comment on goal weight — my 23-week log, condensed into one table in c/maintenancephase · 563 points · 1 year ago
Been at maintenance for 20 months on 2.5mg. Nothing happens. That is the whole report and it took me a while to accept it as success.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring goal weight at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/maintenancephase · 15 points · 1 year ago
monthly weigh-ins are enough at this stage

Research-use-only material is not approved for human use. That is a plain statement of regulatory fact and it belongs in every beginner thread.
comment on [Discussion] TRIUMPH is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/trialwatch · 118 points · 1 year ago
Small fix — that was the cardiovascular outcomes trial, so weight was a secondary endpoint and the population was different.
comment on [Lab] WWB BPC — Medutest came back 99.4% against a claimed 98.5% in c/labresults · 314 points · 1 year ago
Date of analysis anchors the result to a manufacturing period. A two-year-old result is evidence about two years ago and should be read that way.

Is the goal weight still the one you picked at the start?
comment on what changed for me between month 4 and month 9 in c/maintenancephase · 169 points · 1 year ago
the habits are the part that has to outlive the dose

discontinuation rate is a result, not a footnote
comment on help me understand first time, I have read the wiki twice in c/newbiequestions · 2 points · 2 years ago
Push back on the advice above: nobody here can tell a member what dose to take, however confidently it is phrased.
comment on what changed for me between month 4 and month 12 in c/newbiequestions · 94 points · 2 years ago
Correction: the starting dose is a tolerance step rather than a treatment dose. The distinction is the answer to the question above.
comment on [Discussion] the PeptideMeter advice in here is 2 years out of date in c/labresults · 1 points · 2 years ago
That service reports area percent by default. Worth stating, since the thread has been comparing it to a mass figure.
comment on [Lab] 5th independent test on HJ — 99.2% on a claimed 99.0%, and the trend is the interesting part in c/labresults · 81 points · 2 years ago
Which service, and did you pay for it yourself?

Cardiovascular outcome trials are powered for events, not for weight, and are typically run in a different population with different inclusion criteria. Reading a weight number out of one is reading a secondary endpoint.

Has anything else changed in the same window?
comment on small win: fatigue stopped being a problem at week 82 in c/sideeffects · 311 points · 2 years ago
Yes — the day-two-to-day-four window is so consistent across this board that it is almost diagnostic.
comment on how much of what we believe about purity actually comes from batch threads in c/labresults · 65 points · 2 years ago
Inter-lab variance on this assay runs roughly a point either way, driven mostly by gradient and integration. Two results inside that band agree; they do not disagree quietly.
comment on below spec — 22 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/labresults · 3 points · 2 years ago
Not convinced by the comparison. Different services, different gradients, and you are treating one as ground truth.

The effect on gastric emptying is most pronounced early and attenuates with continued dosing, which is the mechanism behind the "it settles at a stable dose" pattern the whole board reports.
