Stopped reading the fastest posts here for a month and my mood improved considerably.
37kg over 13 months and honestly the most useful marker was that stairs stopped being a decision.

Body weight varies by a couple of kilos day to day through fluid, glycogen and gut content, which is why a single weigh-in is noise and a fortnightly trend is signal.
