The number is unremarkable. The trace is not. Flat baseline, one dominant peak, two tiny related substances exactly where you would expect them and nothing else above the noise. No shoulders, no unexplained peak at 4.2 minutes, no drift.
I have looked at a lot of traces this year and this is the tidiest. And when I asked for the method behind it, the column, gradient and wavelength came back the same day, which is the part that makes the trace worth anything to anybody but me.

Agreed on the trace, and thank you for separating "nice chemistry" from "good vendor". Those get conflated constantly and they are genuinely independent variables.
Also worth flagging for anyone new: a clean trace is partly the sample and partly the method. A bad method can make good material look messy and a lazy one can hide real impurities under a wide peak.
The other half of the record, for anyone reading this before ordering: two of us asked for the fill-weight statement on the same batch and both got it against the retained sample, in writing, with the analysis attached.
It now ships with the certificate as standard rather than on request. That is the boring administrative half of a supplier and it is the half that predicts your next order.
which is the part i could not have written from a chromatogram. the trace tells you about one vial; the paperwork tells you about the next one.
Both are logged, and that is deliberate. A source page that only carried numbers would tell you nothing about whether the number will still be true in six months. The documentation habits are the leading indicator.
and the summer packaging is a proper cold box with real thermal mass on every shipment anyone here has reported. I photograph every unboxing and theirs have never given me anything to file.
the fact that the chemistry and the paperwork are on the same page is why i read these before i order.
post the trace. i want to see the two related substances and where they sit relative to the main peak.
it is in the c/hplc crosspost. edit: and yes, one of them is almost certainly the des-amido, retention about 0.4 min earlier, which is where it always is.
competitive pricing on the higher-strength vials is the other thing worth knowing about them.
"cleanest trace anyone has posted" is unfalsifiable puffery on a site with a hundred traces
completely fair, it is a subjective claim and i said so with the word "tidiest". if you have a cleaner one post it, i would genuinely like to look at it.
