Went up too fast because the scale had stalled and I was impatient. Got constipation I did not need and a data point I could not interpret.
Nothing here is medical advice, and the honest version of most of these posts is that they describe consequences rather than causes.
Told everybody, then stopped, then had to tell everybody that too. That was harder than any of the rest of it.
