A cold box is thermal mass plus insulation. Most kits get the insulation part wrong.

Not convinced by the attribution. Weight loss alone moves that marker and you have no way to separate the two.

I would separate documentation from logistics. A supplier can be excellent at one and ordinary at the other, and averaging them hides it.

Agreed on writing it down. I could not see the pattern until I had six weeks of it on one page.

sulphur burps are unpleasant and they are not dangerous

Where a supplier holds regional stock, ask which lines are actually held there rather than drop-shipped. It changes the lead time and it changes the customs question.

one measurement is a point, two is a line, three is a trend

weight loss itself moves several of these independently

This is the sentence to read before anybody panics about a single value.

Went slowly because everything published describes a deliberate escalation. That is the extent of what I will say about it.

read the histology endpoint definitions before quoting a response rate

Small fix — dual agonist, GLP-1 and glucagon. No GIP arm in this molecule.

That is a report count, not a test count. The table lists both and they are very different numbers.

That is a non-fasting value and the interval you are comparing it against is a fasting one.

That is an escalation schedule for an unapproved compound and this board does not host those.

Push back: a value just outside a reference interval is a common finding in healthy people. It is a reason to repeat.

Lead time and minimum quantity are the two facts people forget to ask for and then argue about later. Both are answerable in one email before you commit.

Correction: that is a known effect of reduced intake rather than a direct drug effect. The distinction matters because the fix is different.

Not convinced. Imaging-based fat fraction is not the same as a histological response and the paper is explicit about that.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify reship in c/vendorvetting · 18 points · 1 year ago

What a batch record should carry: the lot identifier, the date of analysis, the method including column and gradient, the individual related substance

bastian_aalto is describing the batch record test and it is the fastest signal available before you spend anything.

A symptom that begins the day after the shot and fades by day four tracks the exposure curve. One that appears at random in week 34 probably does not, and that is worth saying to a clinician rather than to us.

hair shedding follows the weight loss, not the drug, and it stops
