every lab has this dish. every single one.

would add: weigh the vial before and after reconstitution if your scale is precise enough, it's a nice sanity check on your own math independent of the syringe.

the same instinct applies to weighing. an analytical balance reading to five places does not mean your sample mass is known to five places once you have opened the door.

That is a general statement about gastric emptying, and the question was about a specific product.

Small fix — insulin resistance is a feature commonly seen in PCOS, not a synonym for it.

Telogen shedding follows a period of significant weight change rather than a specific compound, and it resolves.

Careful — anything touching pregnancy is not a board question in any form.

Yes. The research gap is genuine; most of the trials were not designed to answer these questions.

Why the evidence base here is thin, which is not your imagination.
The major trial programmes were designed around endpoints that do not answer most of the questions this board asks: cycle interactions, contraception, fertility, perimenopause. The populations were not enrolled to answer them and the endpoints were not chosen to measure them.
So when you search and find nothing, that is usually the actual state of the literature rather than a failure of searching. What follows practically: be precise about your question, take the pharmacology parts to a pharmacist who can look up product-specific information, and treat confident answers on this board — including the ones that agree with you — with more caution than usual.

Have you asked a pharmacist about the absorption question specifically?

Are you asking about the compound, the weight loss, or both?
