Right, and the diabetes programmes report glycaemic endpoints. Quoting an obesity trial result here is answering a different question.

Concentrations can differ between products and between pharmacies. Switching mid-titration means redoing the arithmetic rather than carrying the old unit count across.

Same. KP quoted 13 days on my lane and it landed at 9, which is exactly what you want from a quote.

This. Showing the working is the fastest way for somebody else to spot the mistake.

transit_variance is right about regional stock. It changes the shape of the distribution, not just the mean.

Left up. It carries dates, a domain and a document trail, which is what a report on this board looks like.

Postprandial excursions flattened out first and the fasting number took months to follow. Nobody had told me to expect that order.

Correction: that trial is the diabetes programme and the figure you quoted is its glycaemic endpoint, not a weight result.

The three numbers, and what each one can and cannot tell you.

A1c is an average over about three months, weighted to the recent weeks. It cannot show variability and it lags change. Continuous monitoring shows the shape — excursions, overnight, time in range — and is where improvement usually becomes visible first. Fingersticks are point measurements, useful for sanity-checking a sensor and for specific questions.

Most of the frustrated posts here come from expecting one of the three to answer a question that belongs to another. And all three are inputs to a conversation with whoever manages your care, which is not this board.

reship policy in writing before you order

Disagreeing with this bit: a single slow shipment does not move a lane, it joins the distribution.

Read the MHRA notice rather than the news coverage and the actual scope was much narrower than the panic threads suggested.

the MHRA supply notices are published, read them before the panic threads

Correcting myself: the referral was 20 months ago, not the figure I gave. I keep rounding it down.

Reconstituted at 2mL when I meant to use a different volume. Caught it because the units looked wrong on the barrel. Now I write 5mg/mL on the glass before I put the cap back.

Ask for the batch-specific certificate before payment. Any operation with a quality system behind it can produce one; the request costs you nothing and it filters hard.

Reported something here with dates and screenshots and was asked for the document trail. Fair challenge, and it made the report worth reading.

Cosigning the domain check. Character by character, every time, and paste it rather than typing it.

Cosigning on external review. It is a real mechanism, it is underused, and the deadlines are strict.

Aim the stream down the wall of the vial rather than into the cake. Reconstitution is a solubility problem, not a mixing problem, and mechanical shear does nothing helpful.

Why this board insists on dates and documents rather than names.

A report that says "X is a scam" is unfalsifiable and unactionable. A report that says "ordered on this date, paid this way, asked for a batch document on this date, received this reply, nothing since" can be checked, corroborated, or corrected by somebody with a different experience.

The second kind has repeatedly turned out to be a shipping problem, a payment window, or a misread email. The first kind never turns into anything except an argument, and when it is wrong the cost falls on somebody real.

Spent 23 weeks confused about this until somebody drew the table for me. 30mg, 3mL, 10mg/mL, 2mg is 20 units. That is the whole thing.

Spent six weeks arguing in general terms and got nowhere. Two paragraphs quoting their own criteria turned it around in eleven days.
