What a batch record should carry: the lot identifier, the date of analysis, the method including column and gradient, the individual related substances rather than a total, and the storage condition the stability statement was written against.

I would not read one person’s cycle-linked experience as a general pattern. The variation here is enormous.

Started logging the cycle in the same sheet as the dose. Three months later the pattern was obvious and it had been invisible before.

The vocabulary, once, since half the questions here are really vocabulary questions.

Titration is stepping the dose up slowly for tolerance. Reconstitution is adding water to a freeze-dried powder. Bacteriostatic water contains a preservative; sterile water does not. COA is a certificate of analysis — a lab document about one batch. Area percent is a purity measure from that document, and it is not the amount of peptide in the vial. Units are a volume on an insulin syringe, not a dose.

Agreed — and the corollary is that "no data" and "bad data" have to be written differently. The table separates them for exactly that reason.

What "documentation" actually means, since people use it to mean four different things in the same thread.

A certificate of analysis is one document about one lot. A batch record is the manufacturing trail behind that lot. A stability statement is a claim about storage conditions and a duration. A method line is how the number on the certificate was produced.

You can ask for all four. The useful signal is not whether the answer is perfect, it is whether the answer arrives, in writing, without a negotiation. JEEP sends the method line unprompted; once you have seen that you stop accepting a bare number from anybody.

Independent testing is worth more than a supplied certificate for one structural reason: the chain of custody. A member who buys, ships and pays is testing the same thing you would receive.

That is a general statement about gastric emptying, and the question was about a specific product.

Disagree that reviews are worthless. They are worthless when they say "fast shipping A+++". A dated one naming a compound and a document is evidence.

I would separate documentation from logistics. A supplier can be excellent at one and ordinary at the other, and averaging them hides it.
