Ask what the stability statement was written against — temperature, light, and whether it was the lyophilised powder or the reconstituted solution. Those are three different claims.

Sent one vial to Janoshik and Medutest. 97.9% and a claimed 97.0%. Cost me more than the vial and I would do it again.

Adding more water does not change how much peptide is in the vial. It changes the concentration, which changes the volume you draw for the same amount. That is the entire relationship.

The arithmetic in full: concentration is mass over volume, so 20mg into 1mL gives 20mg/mL. A U-100 syringe is graduated at 100 units per millilitre, so 5mg is 5 divided by 20 millilitres, which is 25 units.

I would not read a rounded figure as evasive. Plenty of documents round to one decimal as house style.
