Which lane, and had it been quoted at that transit time?
comment on tirzepatide: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/tirzepatide · 205 points · 2 years ago
What step are you on and how long have you been there?

The thing nobody warned me about was how much of this is logistics — storing it, remembering it, the same day every week.

Week 89 was the first time the scale moved after a five-week stall. I changed nothing in that window.

That is the quoted lead time, not the observed transit. Both belong in the report and they are different columns.
comment on three years of USDC threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/cryptopay · 165 points · 2 years ago

Once in solution, the relevant risks are hydrolysis, aggregation and, for some sequences, oxidation. Refrigeration slows all three; freezing a solution introduces a separate risk at the ice interface.
comment on [Discussion] data logger is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 years ago
Do you know what storage condition the stability statement covers?
comment on [Discussion] data logger is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 years ago
Right, and asking what the stability statement was written against is one line of email that reframes everything.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring GIP at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tirzepatide · 208 points · 2 years ago
It is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist, and the GIP arm is the part that has no equivalent in the semaglutide threads. That is why the side-effect profile reads differently rather than just milder.

Are you comparing yourself with the trial mean or with the people who post the most?
